Director of Marketing Operations

Cayosoft Inc., a global leader in software solutions, is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive team, the Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, establish a strong market presence, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the marketing department, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Business Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, driving new business growth and market expansion.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that effectively utilize all marketing channels and activities, including demand generation, digital marketing, press and analyst relations, advertising, events, and partnerships.
- Lead Generation: Transform lead generation efforts into a scalable and efficient process, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads through the sales funnel.
- Brand Positioning: Oversee the creation and maintenance of compelling product and company positioning documents that resonate with target audiences.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Design and execute data-driven marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns informed by deep market research and competitive analysis.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, setting and tracking KPIs to measure success.
- Marketing Budget: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering professional development and ensuring efficient workflows.
- Marketing-Sales Alignment: Drive alignment between marketing and sales teams, ensuring cohesive efforts to maximize revenue.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate marketing, including senior leadership roles.
- Skills: Proven expertise in software product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, press and analyst relations, advertising, events, and partnerships. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Personal Qualities: Exceptional strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management skills. Ability to distill complex technical and business concepts into clear, compelling messaging. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
