We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Director to lead our facilities management team at one of our Ohio locations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Hire, train, and direct a team of maintenance staff to provide dependable maintenance services and support the overall goals of the facility.
- Operational Excellence: Continuously improve operating efficiencies and reduce costs through effective management of resources and implementation of best practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, OBRA, NFPA, EPA, JCAHO, and state department of health requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the facility's administrator and other members of the management team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Education and Experience: Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience plus 3-5 years of related experience.
- Management Experience: Prior work experience in a related field plus at least 3 years of prior management/supervisory experience.
