  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service.
  • Manage room inventory, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services, promotions, and local events to provide valuable recommendations to guests.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Related experience (customer service or front desk experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer and administrative skills.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
