Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is between $17.35 - $24.75 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off. In addition, you will receive a competitive bonus structure and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for:
* Leading and managing a team of front end and service desk/kiosk associates
* Maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment
* Ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service
* Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
* Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least two years of experience in a retail or customer service role
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Work Environment
This is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You must be able to work effectively in a team setting and maintain a positive attitude even in stressful situations. You will be required to wear a uniform and name tag while on duty.
