We're seeking a motivated and creative Activity / Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at The Arbors at Bluff Creek Terrace

Job Summary:

The Activity / Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing recreational activities and programs for residents in our Assisted Living Community. This includes developing and implementing a monthly activity calendar, coordinating special outings, and collaborating with community organizations and businesses to form a solid volunteer program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement recreational activities and programs for residents, including sports, dramatics, games, arts and crafts, and other events
  • Coordinate special outings and events, such as field trips and community events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and businesses to secure volunteer support and resources
  • Assess and document resident progress and reaction to activities and programs
  • Participate in planning and implementing internal and external community events
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current driver's license required
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull 100 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, and change position frequently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
