About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our advancement team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the advancement team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, vendors, and colleagues
* Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for senior staff members
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
