About the Role

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales growth, designing and implementing business plans, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to boost revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain positive business relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee sales representatives, including recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B field sales experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least 2+ years of sales management experience.
