Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director - AV Integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AV integration sales or account management and possess strong leadership skills.

About the Role:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the sales team, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed assigned revenue and gross margin targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Project Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to secure and execute sales, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to project completion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AV integration sales or account management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while meeting sales and revenue goals.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments.

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
