Substance Use Disorder Professional Clinician

The Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) and/or Trainee (SUD PT) will conduct case management duties for each patient on his or her caseload, under the guidance of their designated supervisor.
Responsibilities- Conduct chemical dependency assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient information and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Experience working with substance use disorder patients preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
