Substance Use Disorder Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Substance Use Disorder Professional to join our team at Prosperity Wellness Center. As a key member of our outpatient facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will conduct chemical dependency assessments, intakes, and ongoing treatment reviews, utilizing the ASAM PPC2 assessment tool. They will also perform individual, group, and family sessions, working closely with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Conduct chemical dependency assessments and intakes, documenting DSM 5 and ASAM PPC2 criteria.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating ongoing assessment and review.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to agency policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Active SUDP/SUDPT credential, with no enforcement actions.
- No experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Dual MH/SUDP credential a plus, with LMHCA/LICSWA hours.
- Interest in or current knowledge of TMS treatment for depression.
- No prohibition from contracting with governmental agencies.
