About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients with substance use disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and progress
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on evidence-based practices
Requirements
  • Associate degree in human services or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Registration or certification with Washington DOH
  • Prior training in counseling or addiction treatment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
