We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Disorder Professional Clinician Outpatient to join our team at Prosperity Wellness Center.

Job Summary:

The Substance Use Disorder Professional Clinician Outpatient will conduct case management duties for each patient on their caseload, under the guidance of their designated supervisor. This role requires strong assessment and treatment planning skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct chemical dependency assessments and intakes, documenting both DSM 5 and ASAM PPC2.
  • Use ASAM PPC2 for continuing treatment review and discharge.
  • Perform individual, group, and family sessions, with training and supervision provided by their designated supervisor.
  • Comply with personal, administrative, and clinical policies and procedures of the agency.
  • Maintain an active status with the DOH, including continuing education requirements.
  • Work with their supervisor to develop a plan of action to meet the requirements described in WAC.
  • Perform case management duties, including charting, treatment planning, monthly status reporting, correspondence, and online file maintenance.
  • Consult with other clinical staff as needed for patient treatment.
  • Collaborate with administrative and PC staff to schedule clients, set up phase graduation/discharge review, update treatment financials, and ensure accurate dates of services.
Qualifications:
  • Active SUDP/SUDPT credential with no enforcements.
  • No experience necessary, with training provided.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Dual MH/SUDP credential a plus, with ability to provide LMHCA/LICSWA hours.
  • Interest in or current knowledge of TMS treatment for depression.
  • No prohibition from contracting with governmental agencies.
