Your expertise will be essential in performing assessments, evaluations, and intakes, while maintaining a client-centered approach with an emphasis on integrated care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct counseling services to patients, including individual and group sessions
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and intakes to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and community resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and adhere to Sea Mar's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Must possess a Substance Use Disorder Professional license from the Department of Health
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • Must have at least three years of experience in the field
  • Must have and maintain First Aid and HIV certification
  • Must have and maintain current CPR certification
