Job Title: Substance Use Disorder Professional

At Prosperity Wellness Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Disorder Professional to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient facility, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct chemical dependency assessments and intakes, documenting both DSM 5 and ASAM PPC2.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including continuing treatment review and discharge.
  • Provide individual, group, and family sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to agency policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements and industry developments.
Qualifications:
  • Active SUDP/SUDPT credential with no enforcement actions.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; dual MH/SUDP credential a plus.
  • Interest in or current knowledge of TMS treatment for depression.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
