Position Overview

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will enhance customer connections through a structured sales approach. Your primary focus will be engaging clients in meaningful sales discussions to identify suitable financial solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Builds and strengthens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service initiatives. Oversees the customer experience by pinpointing opportunities to enhance the client's financial wellbeing. Works alongside ecosystem partners to increase the customer's financial engagement. Positions PNC solutions to generate new revenue and foster customer loyalty.
  • Initiates proactive sales dialogues through both internal and external interactions, utilizing a defined sales methodology that includes outbound calls, service-to-sales transitions, teller interactions, appointment scheduling, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately enhancing client loyalty. Conducts comprehensive PNC discussions with every client interaction to identify suitable PNC offerings. Utilizes ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and maintain relationships.
  • Fosters customer loyalty and increases the customer's financial engagement through a distinctive customer experience. Engages with clients in the lobby to connect and present PNC products that meet their needs. Informs clients about options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
  • Employs product and procedural expertise to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues effectively, driving customer loyalty.
  • Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures to manage risk, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Maintains a heightened awareness to identify and prevent losses. Participates in daily branch operations, ensuring they are executed efficiently and accurately.
