Job Responsibilities
  • Builds and strengthens the branch's customer base through various proactive sales and service initiatives. Manages the customer journey by recognizing opportunities to enhance their financial well-being. Collaborates with partners to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Facilitates proactive sales dialogues through both internal and external interactions, utilizing a defined sales strategy that includes outreach calls, service-to-sales transitions, teller interactions, appointment scheduling, and effective lobby engagement to enhance client loyalty.
  • Fosters customer loyalty and expands the customer relationship through a unique customer experience. Engages with clients in the lobby to connect and present PNC offerings that align with their needs. Informs clients about options for managing their financial transactions by utilizing available technology and resources.
  • Utilizes product knowledge and procedural expertise to identify, address, and resolve customer issues effectively, thereby promoting customer loyalty.
  • Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures to manage risk, demonstrating sound judgment within established parameters. Maintains a vigilant approach to identify and mitigate potential losses. Participates in daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
