Job Responsibilities
- Builds and strengthens the branch's customer base through various proactive sales and service initiatives. Manages the customer journey by recognizing opportunities to enhance their financial well-being. Collaborates with partners to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Facilitates proactive sales dialogues through both internal and external interactions, utilizing a defined sales strategy that includes outreach calls, service-to-sales transitions, teller interactions, appointment scheduling, and effective lobby engagement to enhance client loyalty.
- Fosters customer loyalty and expands the customer relationship through a unique customer experience. Engages with clients in the lobby to connect and present PNC offerings that align with their needs. - Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures to manage risk, demonstrating sound judgment within established parameters. Maintains a vigilant approach to identify and mitigate potential losses. Participates in daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
