About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Program Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic marketing programs that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing programs that align with business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and event marketing.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Proactively manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure effective allocation and maximize ROI.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign execution.
  • Marketing Skills: Proven skills in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and execution, as well as experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Marketing Certification: Marketing certification, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics, is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the industry or technology sector is a plus.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot, is a plus.
