Position Overview

Gpac is on the lookout for a Senior Sales Executive specializing in ingredient solutions for a global supplier in the food and beverage sector. This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote with travel requirements (approximately 50%), ideally seeking candidates from the Eastern United States, though other locations will be considered.

Role Objective
The primary aim of this role is to establish and nurture new business partnerships with organizations that require additive ingredients for their products. The focus will be on B2B sales to companies producing items such as energy drinks, dietary foods, and supplements, utilizing sweetener additives and other supplemental ingredients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers and distributors to promote ingredient products.
  • Engage in contract negotiations and conduct thorough cost analyses.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
Qualifications Required
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the food and beverage or pet food sectors.
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • At least 7 years of experience in ingredient or industrial sales, with a minimum of 3 years in National Account Sales.
  • Proven track record in selling ingredient products to manufacturers or distributors.
  • Strong understanding of contract negotiations and financial assessments.
This position offers a competitive base salary in the lower six-figure range (100k-120k) with an uncapped commission structure and additional benefits. *Note that health insurance is not provided for this role.
