Job Description

MotionPoint is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the translation industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Knowledge of conversational intelligence tools such as Gong.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
