Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator provides critical support to our Event Staff employee population. You'll be the primary contact for inquiries, coordinate training and orientation events, and ensure a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new hire orientation programs to ensure employees understand company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Source and recruit top talent for Event Staff positions.
  • Manage candidates through the recruiting and pre-hire testing process.
  • Compose correspondence to event staff and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Design and implement employee feedback mechanisms, such as climate surveys and exit interviews.
  • Develop and distribute employee rewards and recognition programs.
  • Administer and support managers/supervisors with performance reviews.
  • Manage uniform inventory and distribution.
  • Create and update training materials and SOPs as needed.
  • Meet with managers/supervisors to continuously improve the employee experience.
  • Participate in rotating game duties.
  • Train staff on TEAM alcohol awareness training.
  • Coordinate and project manage pre-season orientation, mid-year events, and end-of-year events for Event Staff.
  • Answer general questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and events.
  • Assist with special projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree required.
  • Knowledge of Windows, including Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of Workday preferred.
  • Supervisory experience a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under strict deadlines and minimal supervision.
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventative labor relations, preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and holidays if needed.
