Job Title: Executive Line Cook

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Executive Line Cook to join our culinary team at The Greenbrier Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food production and presentation in our restaurants and banquets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Food Production:** Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • **Team Leadership:** Supervise and train a team of line cooks to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • **Quality Control:** Monitor and maintain the quality of food produced, ensuring that it meets the high standards of The Greenbrier Hotel.
  • **Inventory Management:** Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • **Health and Safety:** Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • **Experience:** Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably in a similar hotel or restaurant setting.
  • **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent, with a culinary arts degree or certification preferred.
  • **Skills:** Excellent cooking skills, ability to work under pressure, strong leadership and communication skills.
  • **Certifications:** West Virginia Food Handler's Permit, basic understanding of Excel and Word programs.
