Key Responsibilities:
- Run bi-weekly Excel reports and verify the data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Sort and distribute vendor invoices electronically using our document imaging software to streamline our financial processes.
- Enter vendor invoices into our accounting software to maintain accurate financial records.
- Verify banking information with vendors to prevent any discrepancies.
- Complete vendor credit applications to ensure timely payment.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of accounts payable experience with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure financial data is accurate and reliable.
- Speed and accuracy for data entry with excellent 10-key skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage financial data.
