About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break areas.
  • Support sales floor operations, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and assisting customers with purchases.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of store operations and policies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
