Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including check-stands, floors, and shelves.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Support the sales floor by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining visual displays.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
