At Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union, we're committed to providing exceptional member service and building strong relationships with our community. As a Member Service Center Representative, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Member Service: Provide top-notch service to our members via telephone, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our credit union's products and services, including deposit and loan options.
- Problem-Solving: Effectively de-escalate challenging member situations, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Relationship Building: Engage in the relationship-building process by educating and referring Credit Union products and services to members.
- Transaction Processing: Process transactions of increased complexity, such as IRA, business, and fiduciary account opening, and initiating domestic and international wires.
- Experience: One year of related experience required; call-center experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills, patience, active listening, and sound judgment.
