Job Summary

As a Sales Representative for Comcast's Indirect Channel Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with retail and dealer locations. You will coach, train, and educate these partners to increase their knowledge of Comcast services and drive sales.

Core Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with retail and dealer partners to drive sales and increase knowledge of Comcast services.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for store grand openings and special events.
  • Create and manage incentive programs to encourage desired performance from retailers and dealers.
  • Ensure all merchandising and collateral are in compliance with Comcast's standards.
  • Identify and recommend termination of dealer contracts for non-performing locations.
  • Facilitate in-store training programs to ensure all retail and dealer employees are aware of Comcast's competitive advantages.
  • Train and educate dealer and retailer employees on Comcast's products and services.
  • Act as a company representative at retail and dealer locations to provide support and engage in side-by-side selling.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare sales and activity reports.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in a retail or dealer environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
