  • Offer detailed information about local attractions and guest services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Utilize the First Resort computer program to accurately enter guest reservations.
  • Process deposit payments through credit card transactions efficiently.
  • Manage reservation cancellations and oversee the refund process for deposits.
  • Conduct daily audits of reservation work to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze problem situations to derive lessons learned and improve future interactions.
  • Participate in departmental meetings to stay informed and contribute to team objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the department.
