Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Greeter/Host to join our team at The Hammered Crab. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

• Welcome guests and provide accurate wait times
• Manage reservations and escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Provide menus and announce Server/Bartender's name
• Thank customers upon their departure
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Maintain a clean reception area
• Cater to guests who require extra attention
• Answer incoming calls and address customers' questions
• Assist wait/bar staff as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Stand for long periods of time
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work with a team
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug-free work place

The Hammered Crab is a seafood restaurant located in Gulf Shores, AL, specializing in seafood, prime rib, and all-you-can-eat crab legs. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to provide excellent customer service and have a passion for creating a positive dining experience.
