We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Runner / Busser to join our team at The Hammered Crab. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Wait Staff: Work closely with our wait staff to ensure seamless service and efficient table management.
  • Maintain a Clean Work Area: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Cater to Guests: Provide exceptional customer service to guests who require extra attention, such as children and elderly individuals.
  • Assist Wait/Bar Staff: Assist our wait and bar staff as needed to ensure prompt and efficient service.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Lifting Ability: Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Standing Ability: Stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Possess basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Handling Experience: Possess experience in food handling.
  • Availability: Be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
