Job Summary

The Night Auditor at GULF SHORES QUALITY INN is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the front desk, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Process cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
  • Manage guest reservations, including pre-registering and blocking rooms
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to maintain room statuses and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform Night Audit duties, following established procedures and training
  • Work closely with management to prioritize tasks and meet business objectives

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Quore and other hotel software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of flexibility regarding overtime during busy periods
