Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join Advanced Retail 2 Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence and other formal documents.
  • Scheduling appointments and events, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Greeting and assisting guests, answering telephone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Managing office supplies, maintaining records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinating schedules for stores and delivery teams, and providing administrative support as required.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in office administration or related fields is highly desirable.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
