About the Role

The Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle requests for information, mail, and messages in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
  • Maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.
Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Estimated Salary

$48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
