Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service, register guests efficiently, and maximize room revenue and occupancy.

About the Role
  • Greet and register guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Register guests making and modifying reservations, taking note of any special requests or preferences.
  • Perform hotel operator and concierge duties, providing guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, and other services.
Responsibilities
  1. Maximize room revenue and occupancy by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
