  • Maintain a waitlist and communicate estimated wait times to guests, prioritizing comfort and care.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the dining room staff, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
  • Provide training and guidance to the waitstaff to ensure high standards of service, with a focus on compassionate care.
  • Monitor dining room cleanliness and ambiance, including lighting and music, to create a serene environment.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for all.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service, accommodating dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning, purchasing, ordering, inventory, and record keeping.
  • Collect feedback and relay it to the management team to continuously improve the dining experience.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and private functions, tailored to the needs of patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Maitre'd, host/hostess, or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
