Job Summary:

The Busser, Dining Room Assistant, or Restaurant Support Staff is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and takeout services. This includes cleaning, running food, bussing tables, and assisting with catering orders.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding guests through their dining experience
  • Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items for takeout and catering
  • Review orders with guests to ensure accuracy
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize tables and bus tubs
  • Restock and maintain restaurant stations
Requirements:

We are seeking individuals with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is not required, as we will provide on-the-job training.
