Bridal Sales Consultant Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridal Sales Consultant to join our team at Northern Impact. As a Bridal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals by utilizing personal and team selling techniques.
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and explain the features and benefits of merchandise.
  • Suggestively sell additional merchandise and overcome objections to close sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including escorting customers to fitting rooms and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Protect store inventory and company property by following loss prevention procedures and reporting any suspected policy violations to store management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in bridal sales.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to career growth and development.
