Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Staffing Management: Assess and fulfill daily staffing requirements to meet operational needs.

  • Operational Oversight: Direct the daily functions of Admissions and Registration, Financial Counseling, and Bed Control to ensure seamless patient access.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to enhancing patient access services. A background in healthcare operations is preferred.
