Essential Functions:- Ensure organizational safety expectations are met by all employees.
- Monitor the financial performance and production of projects.
- Ensure contractual compliance for current and future projects.
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Pursue business growth opportunities.
- Advise staff of company policy expectations.
- Lead, direct, and audit the work of assigned staff; act as a mentor.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews.
- Facilitate and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience (10+ years' in a leadership role within the construction or utilities industry).
- Strong background in utilities industry preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong commitment to safety and the ability to develop a solid safety culture with subordinates.
- Excellent salesmanship and communication skills to include written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary starting at $110,000+ Commensurate with experience, paid weekly.
