Essential Functions:
  • Ensure organizational safety expectations are met by all employees.
  • Monitor the financial performance and production of projects.
  • Ensure contractual compliance for current and future projects.
  • Develop, strengthen, and maintain long-lasting client relationships.

  • Advise staff of company policy expectations.

About You:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience (10+ years' in a leadership role within the construction or utilities industry).
  • Strong background in utilities industry preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong commitment to safety and the ability to develop a solid safety culture with subordinates.
  • Excellent salesmanship and communication skills to include written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
