We are seeking a skilled Client Experience Manager to join our team at Torani. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the elevation of our service capabilities through analyzing complex customer issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that improve service quality, streamline operations, and create scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex customer issues and identify root causes
  • Implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies
  • Drive the elevation of service capabilities

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to identify, report, and analyze KPIs from Oracle and/or CRM applications

The estimated salary for this role is $123,000 - $140,000 per year.
