  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate appointments for estimates and client meetings
    • Enter projects in multiple database programs to monitor workflow
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Audit projects to ensure all required and accurate information is collected and uploaded
    • Confirm that project photos are properly titled, described, and uploaded in real-time
  • Support to Project Managers
    • Provide support to Project Managers to keep the job running on time and on budget
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
    • Previous work in a customer-facing position
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
    • Ability to maintain self-control and adapt to unanticipated circumstances or stressful situations
    • Ability to define problems and exercise sound judgment in response to a variety of situations
  • Software and Systems
    • Experience with Xactimate, DASH, or Encircle is a plus
