  • Oversees daily operational activities related to the creation of survey drawings and deliverables.
  • Facilitates collaboration between field and office personnel for project execution and delivery.

  • Prepares billing details for clients on assigned projects and oversees the collection of outstanding payments.

Qualifications:

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
  • Professional Surveyor registration or the ability to obtain it.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of land surveying principles and methodologies.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in land surveying.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven capability to manage teams and multidisciplinary projects.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with independent judgment.
  • Self-driven with the ability to inspire others.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and sound judgment in engineering tasks.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. The majority of work is conducted in an office environment, with some outdoor activities necessary for inspecting land developments, construction sites, or public works.

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the employee may be required to stand, walk, use hands for handling or operating tools, and reach with arms. Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 pounds may be necessary.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Travel Requirements:

Travel to job sites will be necessary, primarily within the local area during business hours.
