As a Laundry Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Sorting, washing, and folding linens from guest accommodations to dining and event spaces
  • Maintaining a clean and organized laundry area
  • Collaborating with Room Attendants and Porters as necessary
  • Managing all laundry tasks for the hotel, including towels, uniforms, bedspreads, and blankets
  • Providing a welcoming experience for each hotel guest, treating them as if they were in your own home
  • Being available for 2nd shift work and flexible with your schedule throughout the week and on holidays

Education & Experience Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping and cleaning methods is beneficial. Previous experience in a hotel environment is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and engage in continuous walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling. Regular interaction with cleaning products is required. Ability to work in a warm environment at various times throughout the year is necessary.
