Job Summary

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and operating medical imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate X-ray and other medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and instructing them on how to hold still
  • Develop and process X-ray films and other imaging media
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to strict quality control standards
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in radiology or a related field
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
