Role Summary:
This position entails analyzing operational challenges and proposing solutions to enhance practices while ensuring the integrity of our operating systems. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities within operations that are critical to our clients, where both volume and financial implications are substantial. You will be tasked with executing back-office services for a sensitive clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuously assess issues and systems to identify necessary changes in practices.
• Investigate known error conditions and adhere to established error correction protocols.
• Identify abnormal processing situations and determine appropriate resolutions to ensure completion of tasks.
• Utilize available tools and resources effectively, consulting manuals and collaborating with experienced analysts to contribute to the knowledge base.
• Oversee and serve as the escalation point for all incoming and outgoing account transfers.
• Follow escalation procedures to resolve processing or user issues promptly to meet service level agreements.
• Communicate updates on systems and processes, providing training to internal stakeholders on changes and new procedures.
• Identify and recommend new tools, technologies, or processes that enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Educational Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is required. An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in education and training.
Required Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities, independent decision-making skills, and effective time management for handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, whether independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and non-technical audiences across various organizational levels.
• A strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, along with experience in related Trust systems.
