Bilingual Sales and Programs Specialist II

At the Detroit Land Bank Authority, we are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Sales and Programs Specialist II to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the workflow and productivity of various sales and programs, ensuring proper execution of eligibility, accurate documentation, and transition of potential buyers to the closing pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the workflow and productivity of Own It Now, Auction, Side Lot, Neighborhood Lot, and additional Vacant Land programs.
- Perform eligibility checks for Neighborhood Lot, Auction, OIN, Side Lot, and additional Vacant Land programs.
- Investigate and resolve client inquiries related to S&P program properties.
- Ensure compliance with all DLBA procedures and guidelines for each program.
- Provide support to Sales & Programs Specialist as necessary.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish with a high level of proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Community Development, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least two years of training in economic development, compliance, planning, real estate, closing experience, or other related experience.
- Strong customer service orientation, ability to grasp concepts quickly, and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaborate with internal and external organizations and stakeholders.
