Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Programs Specialist II to join our team at the Detroit Land Bank Authority. This role requires a strong background in sales and programs, with a focus on community development and revitalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the workflow and productivity of various sales and programs, including Own It Now, Auction, Side Lot, and Neighborhood Lot programs.
  • Assist with coordination and implementation of events, including Semi-Annual Side Lot Fairs and monthly District Side Lot Sales.
  • Perform eligibility checks for various programs and provide support to customers.
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries related to sales and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures and guidelines for each program.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish, with a high level of proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Community Development, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in economic development, compliance, planning, real estate, or related field.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders.
