Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Caregiver, your primary duties will include assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also help with meal preparation, manage medications, engage clients in social activities, and monitor their health and well-being.
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper medication management.
- Engage clients in recreational and social activities, promoting mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the management.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in caregiving or a related field, preferably with a certification in CPR and first aid.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
