Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with the day-to-day functions of the audiovisual office, adhering to established company policies and procedures
  • Set up, operate, and strike audiovisual equipment for client functions, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Continuously develop and enhance audiovisual skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry advancements
  • Maintain positive public relations with hotel accounts and cultivate strong team-player orientation and communication standards
  • Effectively utilize company business software to manage tasks and projects
  • Ensure a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image of self
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year's experience in the AV industry
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with AV set-ups and strikes
  • Background in customer service or hospitality experience required
  • Certification in AV technology or related courses (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work long hours on your feet and consistently lift up to 75 pounds
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record required to operate a Company vehicle
