JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing the execution of the Quality Assurance Strategy and orchestrating project evaluations, inspections, and reporting activities. The QA Supervisor is dedicated to enhancing the quality of the program throughout the duration of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and document inspections to ensure adherence to jurisdictional, contractual, and third-party standards.
  • Maintain qualifications for certified personnel and confirm that tasks are performed in accordance with established protocols.
  • Verify that materials and construction practices meet building regulations and project specifications.
  • Engage in progress and QA meetings, assess contract documents, and record fabrication processes.
  • Ensure that equipment and systems align with installation details and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Lean construction and manufacturing methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with project management expertise.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced skills in customer service, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Experience in personnel management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and relevant manufacturing experience is a plus.
