Quality Assurance Audit Specialist

Key Responsibilities


• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the SEH-A Quality Management System and ensure adherence to its protocols.


• Conduct systematic audits across all SEH America divisions, collaborating with teams to enhance processes and confirm their effectiveness.


• Assess production workflows to ensure compliance with established quality standards.


• Assist in the formulation of audit strategies and timelines.


• Engage in quality assessments and lead audit teams as necessary.


• Monitor the resolution of action items and escalate issues to ensure timely audit completion.


• Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of the internal audit framework.


• Verify adherence to manufacturing inspection, sampling, and statistical process control guidelines.


• May perform vendor qualification audits to assess compliance.


• Travel may be required to uphold necessary certifications.

Minimum Qualifications


• Strong attention to detail coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills.


• In-depth knowledge of departmental and organizational processes, metrics, and quality assurance systems.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various departments and levels of the organization.


• Proficient in auditing tools such as control charts and Ishikawa diagrams.


• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques, including Statistical Process Control (SPC).


• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with various managerial levels.


• Demonstrated capability to manage diverse projects with a range of personalities.


• High level of technical and project management expertise.


• Experience in a production setting is essential.


• Must be eligible to obtain a passport for domestic and international travel.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Experience


• Experience in semiconductor or similar high-tech manufacturing environments is ideal.


• A Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is highly preferred.


• Experience in a production environment is strongly desired.
